Why the 2 beer minimum?

We've found that shipping 2 beers is the most cost effective way to get beer to you in one piece and 2 beers are better than one!

Why the 5L limit with beer?

In accordance with the Importation of Intoxicating Liquors Act of Canada, 5L is the limit to how much we can ship in one package. If you'd like to order more beer, you can place two separate orders.

Where do you ship?

Currently we are shipping within BC only and working on getting it to other provinces.

How often do you ship?

We currently ship once a week on Thursdays to make sure that your packages get sent out before the weekend.

What are the cut off days to place orders each week?

To have your order shipped on Thursday, the cut off will be Wednesday at midnight.

What is your estimated shipping time?

Generally anywhere between 1-3 business days depending on your area. During busy holiday times, we ask that you plan for a few extra days, just to be safe.

How does ordering beer online work?

When ordering beer online, you will be required to sign and show ID proving that you're 19 years of age or older. If no one is home to receive the package, it will be brought to a nearby Canada Post office, where you can pick it up.

Can I order online & pick up in store?

 No, we have to keep our online inventory stored separately...but good news, you can pick up beer & merchandise in the Tasting Room anytime!

What happens if my product is damaged when it arrives?

Take photos as soon as you have received the package, send to shop@fieldhousebrewing.com and we will get back to you on next steps.

Can I return/exchange beer or merchandise? 

All BEER purchases are final sale, any wearables or goods please contact shop@fieldhousebrewing.com within 15 days and the return/exchange must be done in our Tasting Room.

Why can't I order one of your Core line up of beers (Dutch Pale Ale, Sour Wheat Gose, Eastern IPA, Salted Black Porter)? 

Our online store is meant to be a special limited edition version of what we've got, and our core beers can be found in many liquor stores across BC as well as in our Tasting Room.
